INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The Controller processes personal data for different purposes:

Data retention period

The Controller intends to process the data according to the following time criteria:

1) the data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill your request for information;

2) the data provided to allow the Controller to carry out the above-mentioned commercial communications will be retained for 24 months from the last communication, regardless of the channel used;

Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal

Providing data for the purposes referred to in point 1) is necessary, and any refusal to provide them, in whole or in part, may result in the Controller being unable to pursue the purposes indicated above. The provision of data for the additional purposes is optional: if not provided, the Controller will not be able to carry out the corresponding activities but will still be entitled to pursue the purposes referred to in point 1).

Categories of recipients

These recipients, if they process data on behalf of the Controller, will be appointed data processors by a specific contract or other legal act.

Rights of the data subjects

The data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to their personal data and to correct it if inaccurate, delete it, or limit its processing if applicable, to object to its processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, and to obtain the portability of the data personally provided only if subject to automated processing based on consent or contract. The data subject also has the right to withdraw consent given for processing purposes that require it, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
